RETake 2026 Celebrates Mumbai’s Cinematic Spirit at L. S. Raheja College


MUMBAI :- Retake 2026, the annual BMM fest of L. S. Raheja College, Santacruz, successfully concluded its 11th edition on 9th and 10th January with an unforgettable celebration of creativity and competition. Centered around the theme Bambai Mosaic, the fest captured the essence of Mumbai its chaos, charm, resilience, and enduring love for cinema that continues to shape generations.

With participation from more than 14 colleges, the fest witnessed contingents named after iconic Mumbai-based films, each proudly showcasing their cinematic persona. The campus resonated with energetic chants, film-inspired costumes, and mascots that brought characters to life, creating an immersive and festive environment throughout the two days.
The event lineup featured a rich blend of media, cultural, and literary competitions. Flagship events such as Panel Discussions and TVC Pitch tested participants on clarity of thought and industry awareness. Simultaneously, cultural showcases including Drama, Dance, Fashion Show, DJ, Rap, and Singing highlighted talent, storytelling, and performance at their finest. Every event reflected intense preparation and healthy rivalry.
Emerging victorious after two competitive days was CC Talaash, followed by CC Baazigar as first runners-up and CC Gully Boy as second runners-up. Backed by the support of Dr. Rashel Beauty Elixirs, Mother Dairy, and Bonkers Corner, Retake 2026 once again proved to be a celebration of Mumbai’s vibrant spirit and youthful creativity.
